About Wade Wilson, Trusted Care Adviser
Wade comes from a diverse background including; sales, marketing, business development, business management, business ownership, and just prior to entering the senior health care field, project management in construction. When construction came to an abrupt halt as a result of the economy, Wade was forced to change career paths in 2010. He first landed a position with a company that provided in-home care and assisted living placement. Within a very short time, it became apparent to Wade that helping people find independent, assisted living and memory care accommodations was the perfect career for him.
As a diligent problem solver, he found a loving compassion for the people he serves by helping them with the complex and often stressful experience of finding the right environment for themselves or loved ones. Being proficient at assessing the needs of an individual and matching them with the home or community that will be the right fit, has developed into a career that Wade now considers his ministry.
In the summer of 2016 Wade founded ALTA - Assisted Living Transition Associates where he continues to serve his clients with love and compassion. He is trusted by many health care professionals in the metropolitan Phoenix area to take good care of their clients and patients.
